Otis Simpson, (Pastor Jimmy) Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, Otis is delighted and humbled to have been directed by Stephanie Hurt in “The Damages Woman Blues” and now “The PRESENT.” He has appeared in other productions such as: The Prince of Egypt: Dance Adaption, The Cup and Lorraine Hansberry’s A RAISIN IN THE SUN. As a performer, Otis hopes to harness the power of the performing arts to ignite and influence critical change for the greater good.
